All orders will be shipped within one to two business days. Please note this rule applies to orders of in-stock products ONLY.

Living Better Naturally offers:

  USPS Priority Mail;

  UPS Next Day Air (next day plus one to two day process time);

  UPS 2nd Day Air (2nd day air plus one to two day process time)

  UPS Ground (1-2 day process time and 5-8 days transit time).

Shipping is depending on where you are located and what level of service you select, and the weight of the product you order.

UPS Ground service is available in the 48 contiguous U.S. states ONLY.
For HI, AK, PR customers, we use USPS for Ground Shipping.

:: Shipping Terms & Conditions:

1.       All orders placed after 12:00PM EST will be treated as the next business day's order. We do not process order during weekend and holidays. All orders that are placed between 12:00pm EST on Friday and 12:00pm EST on Monday will be treated as Monday's orders.

2.       In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend you to use the same address for both your shipping and billing address or your order could be delayed for verification.

3.       Please note that UPS DOES NOT ship to P.O. Box, so do not use P.O. Box as UPS shipping address.

4.       For HI, AK, PR orders, we use USPS for Ground Shipping and we will email you to confirm the shipping and handling fee.
For PR orders, please choose US United States as country name.

Customers will be charged a $5.00 address correction fee if incorrect shipping address is used when placing the order. This fee will be charged once UPS has notified us of the address correction and the additional charge. The customer will be notified of the charge via email, if no email address is given the customer will not be notified of the charge.

If Living Better Naturally receive the returned products due to incorrect address provided by customer, we will refund the item cost ONLY.

6.       Living Better Naturally requires an adult signature on any package over $200.00 value.

7.       If you place your order on Friday and choose Next Day Air Shipping, the order will be delivered on the following Monday. If you do need Saturday Delivery, please pay $15 extra and Call in for the order.

8.       All orders will be shipped and processed according to the availability of the item ordered.

Return Policy for Refunds

You may return most items sold by Living Better Naturally within 30 days from the invoice date for a full refund. Please include the following information: a copy of your invoice; if you don't have the invoice, then please include a note with your order number or RMA number. Please note that all items for a refund must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns for a refund if the return is a result of your error.

We cannot accept returns of certain items for a refund, including:

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any product that has been opened.
  • Any item that is not in its original bottle or box.

Return Shipping Cost:

In order to keep our prices low and competitive we are unable to issue a refund for any return postage. You will be responsible to return any item(s) back to us at your cost for us to process your request for either a refund or exchange.

Restocking Fee:

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund if the return is the result of your error. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Canceled order or address errors:

Cancelled order must be called in before 11 a.m. EST to avoid cancellation fee (shipping cost), no email accepted. For any refused package or any returns to Living Better Naturally due to incorrect address, action, inaction or absence of the recipient, we will refund back to your credit card with less shipping charge.

Return Procedure:

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the guarantee return period for the products, and all RMA must be obtained by calling customer service by 1-888-829-6490. Living Better Naturally will not accept returns without prior authorization or a RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. All RMA numbers should be displayed on the shipping box. If the original order was paid with a credit card, please enter the credit card number on the RMA request form so that the credit will be applied correctly.

Customers are solely responsible for shipping any returned products to Living Better Naturally. Customers agree to pay all shipping charges and accept all risk of loss for the return products during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals and other accessories provided by the manufacture. Living Better Naturally will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component. The same applies if the product has scratches, dents or excessive wear. Please allow 2 to 7 business days to process your returns.

Please include free gift with the order if you return the product, no need to do so if for exchange.
